Galaxy S21 One UI 4.0 beta program coming to unlocked, Sprint, and T-Mobile users in the US

It was revealed last month that Samsung will begin the One UI 4.0 beta program for the Galaxy S21 series. Yesterday, the company revealed its plans officially via a forum post. Now, the company has revealed that owners of unlocked, Sprint, and T-Mobile versions of the Galaxy S21 can participate in the One UI 4.0 beta program as well.

Samsung posted in its community forum earlier today that it will soon begin the One UI 4.0 beta program for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. One UI 4.0 is based on Android 12 that Google unveiled earlier this year. While Samsung hasn’t revealed a specific release date, the new One UI version could release sometime this month.

The One UI 4.0 beta program could also be available in India and South Korea. It is being rumored that One UI 4.0 design could look a lot like vanilla Android 12, complete with Material You design language. We could also expect more features, faster performance, more feature-rich stock apps, and improved power efficiency with the new software.

Galaxy S21 series users who want to participate in the One UI 4.0 beta program need to download the Samsung Members app, register on it, and click on the ‘Registration for One UI Beta Program’ banner on the app’s home page.
