The Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+ are now official, following endless rumors and leaks in the last couple of months. And with an official announcement comes information on prices and release dates. Samsung has confirmed that the three Galaxy S10 models will go on sale in select markets on March 8, with the pre-order period to begin tomorrow, February 21. A 5G version with a bigger screen and more cameras will follow later, but Samsung isn’t ready to offer a concrete date for that 5G model just yet.
Galaxy S10 prices go up to €1,599 if you want it all
As for pricing, it’s more or less in line with what you’ve heard before the launch. The Galaxy S10e is priced at €749 for the base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The Galaxy S10 is priced at €899 for the base version, which has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The 512GB version is priced at €1,149 (also with 8GB of RAM). The Galaxy S10+, meanwhile, starts at €999 for the 8GB+12GB variant, €1,249 for the 8GB+512GB version, and a whopping €1,599 for the version with 12GB of RAM, 1TB storage and a ceramic back.
Here’s a look at the prices in a table:
Version (RAM/Storage) | Price | |
Galaxy S10e | 6GB+128GB | €749 |
Galaxy S10 | 8GB+128GB | €899 |
8GB+512GB | €1,249 | |
Galaxy S10+ | 8GB+128GB | €999 |
8GB+512GB | €1,249 | |
12GB+1TB+Ceramic | €1,599 |
The pricing in dollars for these devices should match the pricing in euros, so $749 for the S10e, $899 for the S10, and $999 for the S10+. Local price and release date information will likely show up on the official Samsung website for your country once the pre-order period starts, or at least closer to when they hit retail shelves.
What is your opinion about Samsung’s pricing for the Galaxy S10? Which of the three models are you going to pick up?
