The Galaxy Note 9 is perhaps the most complete flagship smartphone Samsung has launched yet. It’s expensive, sure, but it also brings a lot to the table to justify the $1,000 price tag. The Galaxy Tab S4, meanwhile, is a good tablet, but its price is just too high for it to be an easy recommendation. And, well, the 5.8-inch Galaxy S9 was quite the disappointing device, thanks to its lesser spec sheet compared to the Galaxy S9+. Samsung also gets a lot of flak for the pace at which it brings out major Android OS upgrades, and the criticism may come to a head if it takes too long with Android 9.0 Pie, the latest version of Android that has been available as a beta for many non-Galaxy devices for some time now.
What would be the biggest reason for you to change teams?
While there are many who still can’t imagine the idea of buying a smartphone from any manufacturer but Samsung, some of you have made it clear that it’s not an easy decision to stay in the Samsung ecosystem anymore. And our question to you today is: Why would you leave Samsung for devices from other manufacturers? Are the high price tags putting you off, or is it the speed at which Samsung brings out software updates? Do you think the company’s devices are too slow and would prefer the stock Android experience, or perhaps it’s because Samsung isn’t bringing meaningful specs and features to its devices anymore?
