Garmin just updated its sleek Venu series with the Venu 3 and Venu 3S. Starting at €500/$450 the smartwatches brings Garmin's usual power punch of health and fitness tracking features. For starters, the Venu 3 duo can detect naps and add them to the overall sleep tracking. Said tracking is sophisticated thanks to Pulse Ox (blood oxygen) and HRV (heart rate variability) monitoring. Like other Garmin watches, the Venu 3 shows a Body Battery with a 1 to 100% scale that's dependent on your daily exertion.
