The Android Oreo Beta 3 build for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ started rolling out last week. It brought the November security patch and major improvements to Bluetooth stability. However, it turns out that it also included a major issue. The bug basically prevented some applications from opening. The apps in question are those that were put to sleep (to save battery) by the system after they were found unused for more than three days.
